About Me

Ello, My name is Markie Jackson. I am a Columbia College Student studying journalism concentrating in magazine writing and editing. I am half Black and half Japanese and I feel there should be more representation for my demographic than Tiger Woods... I actually CLAIM my blackness. I'm fascinated by black culture and African American studies but my interests don't stop there, I am a self proclaimed artist- singer, dancer, actress with interests in photography and all other kinda artsy stuff I'd love to do but rarely ever have to time to delve into. My posts are a comical views on events on my life and observations that often turn into ridiculous theories- so don't take me too seriously- I don't.
